Give Time, Time

We all have heard this famous quote,”Time is the best healer.”6231367-white-clock-with-words-time-for-action-on-its-face

I want to emphasize on it’s importance.

It happens to all of us, when we are going through difficult and negative situations  in our lives, we want it to get over soon…really soon. But after it is over and done with, those memories still remain fresh in our minds to some extent and we are often reminded of those situations which only makes us feel terrible and we go into our negative zones again. Like I mentioned in the previous article,”Don’t dwell on your past”, it will only hold you back from pursuing any of your current or future events. Learn from it so you don’t make the same mistakes again and you keep moving forward.

It is only a matter of time that our (negative) past events fade away from our minds. For some, it may take a month, maybe longer,

maybe even a week or even a day. It varies from person to person. It is all about your mind control. Do not let your mind just wander in every direction, instead focus and take control of your thoughts, make the changes, convert the negative to positive ones. You will have to leave yourself no choice but to stay determined on this if you want get over those terrible memories and move on in life.

It is a part of life, that we suffer and go through tough times. Embrace it, for that is what makes you the person you are today. If you think about it, it’s your past, it happened, it’s over, can you do anything about it? Can you rewind your life back and stop that incident from happening, we all wish, but it’s practically not possible. So get that straight and move on. All you have to do is have faith in yourself and trust in time, give time, time!

Every minute is precious, value it!

I always try to go and live by the following mantras...

"Think Positive."
"Everything happens for a reason."
"Count your blessings."

Godspeed and be well!
